About Broker Vitality Rewards
At PruProtection we believe that people should be rewarded for their efforts. We reward our customers for looking after their health and so it’s only fair that we reward the Broker firms that promote PruHealth and PruProtect and sell our products. We call this Broker Vitality and it’s our way of saying thanks to your business. Launched in 2006, initially for PruHealth only, we’ve extended Broker Vitality in 2008 so your firm could now earn points and rewards for selling the PruProtect Plan.

How to earn points
Point earning activities have been divided into five categories with each category subject to a limit on the number of points a firm can earn each Broker Vitality year

Depending on the length of your membership of Broker Vitality, at the end of each Broker Vitality year you can carry forward a percentage of the points you have earned during that year as follows:
- Member for up to 1 year: 10%
- Member for up to 2 years: 15%
- Member for up to 3 years: 20%
- More than 3
years: 25%
Broker firms achieving a new Broker Vitality status during the Broker Vitality year retain that status for the remainder of the current year and throughout the next Broker Vitality year.
Broker Vitality Rewards
Broker Vitality applies to Broker firms rather than Registered Individuals. It is the firm that earns the points and receives the rewards. Consequently it is the principal of the firm that decides who among its team will enjoy the rewards.

- Events - training and hospitality events
- Advertising support - for your marketing campaigns
- Sales leads - PruHealth will pass on leads from SMEs who've contacted us directly
- Health resorts - subsidised rates at Champneys
- Screenings - subsidised rates for health screenings with selected Vitality partners
How to Join
The Principal Broker of your firm (Broker Principal) will need to register your Broker firm for Broker Vitality online, log on to the PruHealth Adviser Zone to register now. If you are not registered on the Adviser Zone you can find out how to register here.
A Registered Individual can only earn points on behalf of their Broker firm. To redeem certain rewards it is necessary for Registered Individuals to be registered on the PruHealth website.
