How to register
PruHealth Registration
To register to sell PruHealth and PruProtect Plans print off and complete the following application forms and return them to:

Application forms can be faxed to PruHealth on 01786 405511.
Adviser Zone Registration
You can register online or create a username and password over the phone, please call PruHealth on 0800 092 1333 (Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm)
If you have already registered and have a username and password, click on Log In above. Next time you can log on straight from the Home Page.
Broker Vitality Registration
Once you've completed your PruHealth registration, you can register for Broker Vitality (you must be the Broker Principal to do this).
Log on to the Adviser Zone or download the Broker Vitality Registration Form as a PDF (56kb)
Application forms can be faxed to PruHealth on 0800 015 8900
UNIPASS
The Adviser Zone also accepts
the Unipass certificate. If you have one please click on the Log
On button on the top right hand menu to log onto the website. If you
would like to apply for a Unipass certificate, go to www.unipass.co.uk.
