Call a doctor – your free 24 hour advice service

Once you’ve joined PruHealth Insurance you’ll have free and confidential access to our CallADoctor service. So you’ll have the service of a private GP on hand whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No need to keep to surgery hours or wait days (or weeks) for an appointment.

There is no limit to the number of times that you can call. You can also ring on behalf of a child or family member residing at the same address.

Calls are answered by experienced operators who arrange an appointment for a doctor to call you back at a convenient time. The doctors are able to discuss your symptoms and provide advice, information and reassurance and a diagnosis where appropriate.
