Exercise – Active Europe

Active Europe is the channel for PruHealth members to earn Vitality points for taking part in organised sporting events.

As a PruHealth member you’ll be able to earn up to 1,500 fitness points for completing any national or international sporting event in the following categories:

• Walking
• Cycling
• Canoeing
• Duathlon
• Swimming
• Running
• Mountain biking
• Triathlon
• Adventure racing

You can also submit activities for consideration that do not appear on their website. Provided the event has published results and falls into one of the above categories, you could receive Vitality Points for your participation in it through Active Europe.

Sign up for this service on www.ActiveEurope.com and pay the PruHealth subsidised annual administration fee of £10.
