About Cannons

Cannons isn’t about body perfection or the quest for eternal youth, they’re just interested in helping people feel brilliant! They provide their members with a friendly atmosphere to get the most out of their workout or exercise classes. But just as importantly they are there to help you relax, perhaps by enjoying a pampering spa treatment or chilling out in the spa pool.

With over 50 health and fitness clubs in the UK, you’ll typically find a well equipped gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, sauna, steam rooms, health and beauty treatments, personal training and a café bar. In selected clubs they also offer crêche and squash facilities.

Pay a one off activation fee of £25 and a subsidised fee for the first three months, which is at the Occasional rate based on your membership type (see table below). Fees will be then calculated on a quarterly basis depending on the frequency of your gym visits.

* Regular visitors - if you go on average TWICE a week or more
† Occasional visitors - if you go on average between ONCE and TWICE a week
†† Infrequent visitors - if you go on average less than ONCE a week

You can also have two free fitness assessment a year (one every six months) which take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. You could also earn yourself some Vitality points
