Pay a one off activation fee of £25 and subsidised fee for the first three months, which is at the Occassional rate based on your membership type (see table below). Fees will be then calculated on a quarterly basis depending on the frequency of your gym visits.

* Regular visitors - if you go on average TWICE a week or more
† Occasional visitors - if you go on average between ONCE and TWICE a week
†† Infrequent visitors - if you go on average less than ONCE a week

You can also have two free fitness assessment a year (one every six months) which take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Not only will this encourage you to improve your overall fitness, but you could also earn yourself some Vitality points.
