What is the Vitality programme?

The Vitality programme is what makes our health insurance different. PruHealth encourages you to lead a healthier life. By doing certain everyday things like walking, going to the gym, eating healthily or not smoking, you could build up Vitality points and get rewards.

Vitality points and your rewards

Through Vitality you get discounts from PruHealth’s gym, health screening and fitness Vitality partners. You could also make big savings with our reward partners – Eurostar, Mark Warner holidays, Champneys Health Spas and Cineworld.

Your Vitality status

The more Vitality points you earn the higher your Vitality status can become. You could increase your status from Bronze (where everyone starts) to Silver, Gold and, with enough effort, Platinum. With each improved status, you’re eligible for increased rewards.

   

   

   

   

Heath Insurance savings

Your no claims discount.

When you join/switch to PruHealth, you can get up to 25% no claims discount on your premium. Each year you don’t claim on your policy, this discount will increase, going up to a maximum of 35%. Each year you make a claim, this discount will decrease.

Your Vitality reward.

In addition to this, you could also receive a Vitality renewal reward. Regardless of any claims, the higher your Vitality status the more cashback you could qualify for. You get 1 month’s average premium for achieving Silver status, 2 months’ for Gold or 3 months’ for Platinum.
